Retainer Art stands behind every appliance that leaves our lab.

By working together and following these guidelines, we guarantee that your appliance will fit fabulously!

Appliances are not approved for delivery unless they fit the model/scan provided by the dental office.

Please note, this warranty does not cover any damages resulting from patient abuse, neglect, or lost appliances.

If your office has any issues with the fit of any appliance, contact our office immediately. We require the original model and appliance if a remake is required.

The appliance must be seated within 4 weeks of the impression or scan date to minimize any movement or changes in the patient’s oral condition. (In some cases this time needs to be adjusted)

Invisible retainers are not included.

If our quality check process does not detect any visible distortion, we take full responsibility for the fit of the appliance.

We need a complete and detailed prescription.

We need all of the relevant oral anatomy to make any appliance. Please include the full palate and the distal anatomy of each arch.

We cannot provide you with a fabulous fit if we don't have a complete and accurate scan, model or impression.

If sending models, please pour in stone instead of plaster.

Please remove the archwires before scanning or taking impressions. Leaving the archwire in compromises the fit of the appliance and sometimes we are unable to use it at all.

We reserve the right to ask for a new model/scan which may affect the due date.

If we find a distortion in the model/scan provided, we will contact your office describing the issue.

The case will be put on hold until we hear from your for our next step.

If the office wants to proceed with fabrication, the fabulous fit guarantee will be voided.

Please remove the archwires before scanning or taking impressions. Leaving the archwire in compromises the fit of the appliance and sometimes we are unable to use it at all.

All wires and expansion screws are warranted for a period of 6 months from the date of fabrication.

Invisible retainers, nightguards and acrylic defects are warranted for a period of 3 months.

Lost appliances are not covered.
