Retainer Art stands behind every appliance that leaves our lab and we guarantee that your appliance will fit fabulously!

By working together and adhering to these guidelines, we aim to provide you and your patients with a seamless experience and the assurance of an excellent fit every time.

Appliances are not approved for delivery unless they fit the model/scan provided by the dental office.

If any appliance does not fit, return the appliance with the original model/scan and prescription along with a new model/scan and new prescription describing the fit issue.

Please remove the archwires before scanning or taking impressions. Leaving the archwire in compromises the fit of the appliance and sometimes we are unable to use it at all.

Appliances must be seated within 4 weeks of the scan or impression being taken.

Invisible retainers are not included.

We need all of the relevant oral anatomy to make any appliance. Please include the full palate and the distal anatomy of each arch.

We cannot provide you with a fabulous fit if we don't have a complete and accurate scan, model or impression.

If sending models, please pour in stone instead of plaster.

We reserve the right to ask for a new model/scan which may affect the due date.

If we find a distortion in the model/scan provided, we will contact your office describing the issue.

The case will be put on hold until we hear from your for our next step.

If the office wants to proceed with fabrication, the fabulous fit guarantee will be voided.
